As you maybe aware,iPad 2 has now been delayed till 5pm Friday and it's looking like mayhem will happen on touchwood Friday,you may need to think of packing some sandwiches lol

I don't have any idea about the battery issue, but the No Service part could be indicative of the Sim card coming dislodged. I'd try pulling out the Sim tray and making sure that the card is seated properly.

I've been looking for a clear TAM for a while now, I'm not entirely sure that it exists, but whatever.

Apple has had so much trouble getting the white iPhone to market, it almost seems anti-climactic now. I was going to get one originally, but I'm locked into my contract now so it's irrelevant.
Seems like Apple could have left the colors to after-market suppliers, for those customers desperate for a certain look.
I say no iphone 4 white! :o
I say maybe iphone 4S then I would believe it. :p

Can't you right click on the ODD icon in Windows Explorer?

Are both Option keys not working? Have your tried another external USB keyboard? Even a Windows keyboard will work.
And to be absolutely sure, and so I understand correctly, as this is new to me, you were able to eject any optical media inside the ODD by just pressing the OPTION key during the boot process into Windows (after you restarted the Mac and chose to boot Windows)?
If you have successfully installed the Windows drivers from the Mac OS X DVD, then you can use the Boot Camp Utility in the Task Bar to restart into Mac OS X.
What i meant is that I used to start with the option key and thereafter pressing the eject button.(When they show the different drivers)The option keys do work but they are locked.(Firmware password locked)Thats why I'm asking whether theres an alternative way to get the disk to eject apart from attempting to eject from Windows Explorer. If there is I might be able to prevent screwing up my mac incase I cant install the drivers.

If you copy by burning a dvd along with the itunes library data couldn't you just drop it into the itunes folder? Otherwise if you just transfer the music folders it seems you'd lose all your changed info.....comments, genre etc. I for one would really hate do redo the info on thousands of songs.

That's true that you would lose any info that isn't stored inside the music file itself (i.e. in the ID3 tag of an MP3) - I prefer to have iTunes open and drag the info to iTunes so it finds it and imports it immediately. Using your method, I'd have to do the copy while iTunes is closed, then open iTunes and hope it sees the new music library.

Well, I think this (http://www.info.apple.com/usen/cip/pdf/pbg4/pbg4_15fw800_apx.pdf) applies. It's for earlier PowerBooks but hopefully it's still the same. I haven't played with a newer PowerBook to be able to check this ( :o ). They're instructions on how to install an AirPort card but ti's pretty easy to use them to work out if your is installed correctly, hopefully. :)

Windows 7 has many background processes that do things, consume CPU cycles and therefore nibble battery capacity.
OS X like most UN*X operating systems is behaving more orderly here.I would avoid looking at Activity Monitor for the rest of your life. :eek:
